HMSO Sovereign House – every local’s favourite derelict brutalist behemoth.. The lift tower of Sovereign House, Norwich, its weirder inside than out, now the top basically houses various mobile phone provider’s antenna and lots of pigeons. The brick mantle on the top is badly frost-damaged hence the scaffolding and planks.
