Description
Happisburgh
(2012)
Looking for something and this original photo of the cliff edge at Happisburgh turned up. I’ve processed them fresh, the one of the houses a bit more sympathetically and with the original framing.
Most of this area has either changed completely or gone. People remember the access tower – long gone just the feet remain. The pillbox which is on its head has lost its footings, blown of in a storm. These houses were all demolished, some of what was left ended up in the sand on the beach, a layer of bolts and brick, bits of tile and plates.
