South the coal tips near Lens, north the sweep of the plain towards Ypres. She faces down a steep climb, much favoured in cycle races, at the foot of which lies the French Ossuary containing over 5,000 poilu, only 57 of whom are identified.

Prints are supplied white bordered. These prints are printed as black and white images and are chroma-sealed. Sizes are approximate.

Sent by registered post (UK only*), prints over 300 x 200mm are supplied in a rigid tube. Smaller prints are supplied flat, protected by boards in an envelope.
